The Greatest Story Never Told!
Understanding The Hormone Cycle Is Crucial To Women’s Health & Well Being
To Deny this is to Deny Our Womanhood
By honoring your hormone cycle you will not only bring sacredness to your life, but you will gain extraordinary power in what you do and how you do it.
Honoring the hormone cycle is also honoring the earth and the lunar cycle.
Our foremothers were revered because of the power of their menstrual cycles …they accomplished many feats of greatness without suppressing the natural cycles of menstruation and menopause.
This site is dedicated to all the women who have ever experienced a hormone fluctuation - from puberty to menopause; to the generations of women who have died because we have forgotten the source of our being… and to our daughters who will survive because we will have finally remembered.

Our hormone cycle - that which we all have experienced and come to know as the “Curse” is what unites us as women. It is the foundation of our being.
Contrary to modern western medical teachings, the hormone cycle has a profound and positive influence on women’s health and well-being. When educated about the nature of the hormone cycle; its importance and the positive behavioral impact it has on our lives, women will learn how to once again, live within the cycle that is sacred for its ability to create life and empowering us with strength, health and well being.
Holy Hormones Honey!, provides education and insight for women of all ages who want to understand the cyclical nature of their hormone cycle and its influence on their lives.
My mission is to instill hope for women (and their partners) who wish for a quality of life that is free of hormonal imbalances.
Ultimately, the information provided will assist you in becoming the woman you always believed you could be.

This web site is filled with news articles, press releases and commentaries on the different issues that affect women’s health. They have been compiled over many years from many different sources.
All too often issues that affect women do not make headline news; articles on health issues do not even make the first 10 pages of a publication. Another issue is that some articles may appear in one part of the country - or world for that matter, and not in a another. So the information that women receive is mediocre at best.
This site is a clearinghouse of articles and information on women’s health to make it easier for those seeking more information. Information is categorized by topic and also by date - so that women know how long these issues have been surfacing, and resurfacing, and resurfacing.
Some of the articles are contradictory…. and that is a sign of our times; to leave people confused, anxious and fearful. Articles on both sides of health issues are also posted, so that women have the information they need to make their own decisions.
This is probably one of the best collections of news articles on women’s health that exists; at least for the general public. I have much more to add; hundreds more articles actually. So be patient - it will get done. Keep checking back - or subscribe to the RSS Feed on this site - and receive the news that I am posting in an email format.
If you find any news that you feel is pertinent to women - either add the article as a comment or email it to me and I will post it. It is important that women inform each other about these issues so that we will finally have the information we need to make sound decisions about our health and well being.
Let’s make women’s health education a collective issue.
